Newcastle Labour want to make it as easy as possible for residents in Newcastle to recycle. Over the summer months every ward withn the City will host a pop-up recycling centre. Here are the details for the Fawdon and West Gosforth ward event.

Location: Coxlodge Road, Coxlodge, NE3 3XWDon’t have access to a vehicle but want to recycle? This is the perfect opportunity to clear out your unwanted items responsibly for FREE.
What you can bring:• Wood: Furniture, fencing, timber
• Small Electricals: Toasters, hair dryers, cameras, vapes
• Large Electricals: Washing machines, TVs, fridges
• Sofas & Soft Furnishings
• Hard Plastics: Toys, slides, garden furniture
• Cardboard & Glass Bottles/Jars
What they can’t accept:• General waste / black bagged waste
• Garden waste
• Mattresses / divan beds
• Rubble
• Textiles
Important: Please bring proof of your Newcastle address. Items not accepted will be turned away.
